Management Trainee / or Assistant Manager (Logistics and Warehouse)
About this position
Responsibilities
• The management trainee will follow an intensive but varied training program at different departments and sites.
• This program is characterized by operational training and hands-on assignments in various fields of logistic activities (i.e. packaging, warehousing, logistic, administration).
• After this introductory period, the management trainee will be assigned a managerial position.
• Work location and hours may vary due to operational need.
• The management trainee may be assigned other responsibilities by superiors.
• Able to aboard training as required.
• Available further Incentive payment on monthly KPI.
• Be able to relocate to abroad further working as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in any related filed, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Logistics & Supply chains.
• Hard working and willing to learn.
• Having positive attitude and always sees challenges rather than problems.
• Hands on and be able to work under pressure.
• Good in problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skill with proactive approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
