About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for first-line technical support to internal customers on all IT related matters, for back-office support to the IT manager and other IT-related project tasks as assigned.
• Implementation of Information Technology System of the company including networking.
• Implementation and problem solving of daily activities related to Information Technology System either hardware or software.
• Maintain effectiveness and implementation of data management.
• Interact with different Stakeholders concerning Information Technology System matters with relevant parties either internal or external, if necessary.
• Other tasks assigned by superior by agreement.
• Acting as an ICT help desk to provide assistance to all internal customers for all ICT matters.
Requirements
• A dynamic and intelligent person with leadership qualities, initiative and the ability to work in a team.
• Strong caring personality with good team building skills.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology computer science or related computer degree or equivalent by experience.
• Knowledge/Experience of Windows environment applications, specific customer applications knowledge will be an advantage.
• Computer literate with knowledge Networking will be advantageous.
• Team player with excellent leadership, good interpersonal skills, analytical, problem-solving.
• Proficient in English, speaking / reading & writing.
