About this position

KATOEN NATIE GROUP is seeking a Business Support Operations (BSO) – Business Support Specialist to support its growth in Eastern Seaboard, Pluak Daeng. The role involves setting up and maintaining the Warehouse Management System and analyzing logistics flows and data to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Analyzing logistics flows for new or existing customers in order to improve the workflow
• Analyzing data for new or existing customers in order to improve the workflow
• Supporting the account manager and operation manager by providing data and analysis
• Supporting logistic projects (stock count, warehouse reorganization,…)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher
• Experience in logistics
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interest in IT
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, ...)
• Able to conduct business communication in English
• Able to work independently as well as together with commercial and operation team
