HR Technology Analyst - HRIS (Hybrid)
About this position
As an Advanced HR Technology Analyst in our HR Technology department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing HR processes through innovative technology solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in HR systems, data analysis, and automation tools to drive efficiency and enhance decision-making across the organization including resolving operational issues in HR system, supervise junior staffs in daily operations.
Responsibilities
• Investigate and resolve operational issues by applying knowledge of the HRIS, security, business processes, and procedures for HR or other functional teams
• Use scripts or other technologies like RPA to automate and optimize the procedures involved in human resources
• Implement and manage automation solutions using M365 (Power Automate, Power Apps) and related tools
• Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users
• Maintain the optimal function of KBTG's internal HR information services systems including database management, installation, customization, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules
• Facilitate migration to a unified HR technology and system if required
• Research and recommend HR system efficiencies and process improvements to the existing HR system, technology, services, and application to provide a positive customer experience
• Conduct data analysis and develop predictive models to support HR functions, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HR data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve HR processes and decision-making
• Supervise junior HR technology analysts in daily operations
Requirements
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR technology trends and HRIS applications
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.
• Experience in generating reports and analytics using SuccessFactors reporting tools
• Proficiency in M365 suite, with emphasis on Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience in HR Business Process Improvement for automation
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential applications in HR
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
