About this position

KBTG KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (KBTG) is seeking an Advanced IT Relationship Management Professional to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understand KBank's strategy, and provide IT solutions to enhance work efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and users.
• Understand KBank's strategy and communicate the requirements of IT projects as a first-tier representative and work with business units according to prioritized key initiatives.
• Be a partner and consultant for business units in order to address issues and articulate business requirements to related IT department.
• Coordinate with IT and business project owners to provide IT solution, budget and plan for IT investment sub committee.
• Schedule IT project status monthly meeting with KBank's executives.
• Recommend approach and solution to improve and drive work efficiency or deliverables e.g., streamline and optimization.
• Provide insights and recommendations or suggestions to senior management on IT-related strategies and opportunities.

Requirements

• Understanding of SQL and technical principles, concepts or background related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean/Kanban/Scrum/Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and deep listening skills and ability to interact with the relevant parties.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and can translate strategies and vision into executable plans.
• Excellent executive presentation and communication skills with experience in communicating with management team.
