About this position

The Advanced Data Engineer is responsible for designing data solutions based on stakeholder requirements and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design data solutions.
• Develop and document design specifications for system development.
• Create and execute test cases or test scripts (optional based on project needs).
• Perform impact analysis (IMA) to identify potential issues or dependencies.
• Communicate changes and their potential impacts to relevant parties, ensuring alignment across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in the data field.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following: SQL, web services, Jasper Reporting, or analytical tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively, with a passion for facing new challenges.
• Knowledge of banking and financial products (e.g., Data Warehousing, Loans, Payment Gateways, ATMs) is a plus.
• Experience in team management is a plus.
