About this position
The Technical Sale & Marketing Assistant Manager - Plastic & Rubber Additive is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, implementing strategic sales plans, and building strong customer relationships while being aware of market trends and competition.
Responsibilities
• Achieving growth and hitting sales & profit targets for Rubber/ Polymer additive portfolio.
• Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company business and customer presence.
• Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Present and preparing sales reports with realistic action to the management team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Polymer, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years' work experience of Technical Sale in Chemical Products.
• Background knowledge and work experience of Polymer/Plastic Additive or Rubber Glove will be preferred.
• Experience in R&D, Technical Application will be advantage.
• Communication skill and teamwork.
• Good command in English both of Spoken and Written.
• Able to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• A driver’s license is required.
