About this position

The SAP - Application Support Staff will serve as a key liaison for business users, providing support and driving application development projects related to SAP/MDG.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with key business users to drive SAP/MDG application development projects
• Offer daily support to SAP/MDG business users in diagnosing and resolving their SAP/MDG issues
• Conduct tests, troubleshoot, correct, and utilize diagnostic tools and utilities to resolve SAP.MDG application problems
• Escalate SAP issues and collaborate with consultant and key SAP/MDG users for solution/system testing, as well as proof and dispatch the resolution where necessary
• Provide hands-on support for application change requests and their resolution in SAP/MDG

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering / business management or related field
• 3 years' work experience of SAP System Analyst/ Application support
• Experience of SAP logistic, Sales and MDG, Automation Application such as Power App, Power BI, RPA etc.
• Strong Communication and customer or end-users service skills
• Good Communication in English both of written and spoken
