The Assistant Marketing Manager (Brand Manager/Brand Assistant) is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing social media and E-Commerce content, conducting consumer research, preparing reports, and developing team competencies.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute marketing strategy, product launch, and annual marketing activities such as communication and consumer campaign
• Manage social media and E-Commerce platform content and material
• Responsible for consumer research brief and product development related task
• Prepare category analysis and monthly report to understand situation, improve performance, and customers’ business review
• Develop team member’s competency through coaching and on-the-job training
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication Art or related fields
• Good command of English (Writing & Presentation) and computer skills (PowerPoint & Excel)
• At least 5 years experience in marketing field and brand management
• Strong in Communication, Team Work, Adaptability, Problem Solving, Interpersonal and Time Management skill
