About this position
The Assistant Manager (Customer Management & Marketing Admin) is responsible for overseeing customer service operations and marketing administration, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Customer Management:
• Handle escalated complex customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement initiatives to optimize customer service processes, improve the overall customer experience.
• Work closely with marketing team, product development, quality assurance, and other related functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze feedback to identify improvement areas by providing report and suggestion to management.
Marketing Admin:
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for cost-effective operations.
• Estimate and control research cost.
• Assist in department scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinate company meetings/events to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
• Work closely with other related functions to ensure internal organizational events smoothly.
• Accurate personal data inventory storage, update the existing contract and issue purchase orders.
• Provides data support for management as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• At least 5 Years Experience in customer service and administrative role (FMCG industry is an advantage).
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PPT).
• Strong in Leadership, communication, teamwork, problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
