About this position

The Project Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, overseeing project implementation, and preparing proposals for tendering, while also contributing to the company's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relations with corporate clients.
• Overseeing and assisting in the implementation of development projects.
• Prepare Pre-qualification including proposal writing for Tendering.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Attend site meeting and distribute information to corporate stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communication with internal department of company.
• Other tasks as assigned by Director

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Architect, business administration or related field.
• Knowledge and experience developing proposals or project implementation for development projects.
• Experience in Interior Decoration project will be advantage.
• Excellent English and Thai communication skills (writing, presentation, etc.).
• Strong negotiation skill and able to hand requirement from clients.
• Able to travel up-country and overseas sometimes as require.
