About this position
ตำแหน่ง IT Support รับผิดชอบในการดูแลบำรุงรักษาและแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ รวมถึงการติดตั้งและดูแลระบบเครือข่ายและอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและปลอดภัย.
Responsibilities
• ดูแลบำรุงรักษา แก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องลูกข่าย(PC,Notebook)Printer,Finger Scan,UPS,อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง โดยเช็คและซ่อมแซมเครื่องที่ชำรุดเบื้องต้นให้สามารถใช้งานได้
• ดูแล/บำรุงรักษา/แก้ไขปัญหา/ติดตั้งโครงข่าย (Network ) ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
• ดูแล/บำรุงรักษา/แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบโทรศัพท์และประสานงานเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อติดตั้งจุดโทรศัพท์ให้กับ user
• ปฏิบัติงานด้านอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Requirements
• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาปวส.ขึ้นไป ทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ปี
• มีความรู้อย่างดีในการแก้ปัญหาด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคล/Notebook เครื่องพิมพ์ และ OS Windows
• สามารถใช้งานและแก้ปัญหา Software ที่ใช้ในบริษัท เช่น MS Office เป็นต้น
• มีความรู้/วิเคราะห์/แก้ปัญหา ทางด้าน Network (LAN, WAN, VPN) และ Firewall
• สามารถทำงานติดตั้งและดูแล Windows Server, Linux, SQL Database, และ Backup Software ได้
• เรียนรู้เร็ว มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการสื่อสารที่ดี
