About this position

The Retail Business Development Associate Manager is responsible for arranging site visits, negotiating commercial terms, collecting supporting documents, and providing summaries of business terms on lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Arrange site visit for KG properties and expansion stores (Kanmo Retail chain stores, Kanmo office space and Kanmo Travel Retail Concessionaire at Terminal 3 Ultimate Soekarno Hatta).
• Propose commercial terms negotiation (Base rent, Service charge, Promotion levy, Lease renewal and payment terms calculation) in order to get alignment internally.
• Collect supporting documents of payment for all new stores and renewal stores as per payment scheduled.
• Check, collate and providing all required documents to support Business Development function i.e Lease terms, Construction timeline and Permit letter for KG properties (Kanmo Retail chain stores, Kanmo office space and Kanmo Travel Retail Concessionaire at Terminal 3 Ultimate Soekarno Hatta).
• Providing summary of business terms on lease agreements based on our Legal review to be communicated to landlord for achieving Legal company’s standard.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree / Master degree holder any field (preferred in Real Estate / Property Management, Business Administration).
• Minimum 3+ years working experience in retail industry would be a plus.
• Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English.
