QMS Officer
About this position
The QMS Officer is responsible for maintaining the ISO Quality Management System and conducting audits, ensuring compliance with international standards for metal part products, and managing the calibration system for key tools and equipment in the Quality Assurance Department.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the ISO Quality Management System, ISO14001 system, TL9000 System procedures used by Quality Assurance Department, including Company-wide systems.
• Schedule, Coordinate and conduct internal and Customer/vendor audits.
• Be able to establish international standards for the Metal part products as per Company requirements.
• Calibration System Control for Key Tools and Equipment of QA Department.
• Control quality management system.
• Prepare internal audit and External Audit.
• Manage the Document Center (DCC).
• Management Review.
• Coordinate with external agencies to inspect and monitor the quality management system.
• Fulfill all job assignments as directed by superior.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, Any related field.
• 2 years of experience in overall management ISO9001 and ISO14001 and 45001, IATF System.
• Proficient in using various office software, with strong interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills and document writing skills.
• Good command of English and computer literacy Ms Office.
• Good interpersonal & good negotiation skills.
• Able to work both independently and as team.
• Can work under pressure with positive attitude.
