About this position
Management the overall human resource function and being a strategic partner of the company to support the Business Unit Head in the right direction and sustainability company.
Responsibilities
•Recruitment, Hiring, Career Development.
•Human Resource Development (HRD) onboarding, Competency-based development system, Skill-up/Skill development.
•Human resource Management, Retaining employment, Employee engagement.
•Compensation & Benefit design and development to be competitive and retain the value of employees.
•Expat management Visa, work permit, and Dormitory arrangement.
•Factory Management and infrastructure maintenance.
•Manpower Management and Labor cost controlling.
•Employee relations and Legal compliance.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or higher in HRM, HRD, OD, Political Science, Psychology, or related fields.
•Minimum 5-8 years of overall HR generalist experience.
•Must be able to collaborate and communicate with people at all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities.
•Good knowledge of Labor Law and relevant law.
•Good command of spoken and written English.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
•Ability to work independently, work under pressure and service minded.
