Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
• Acknowledge and execute the delegated tasks from Account Managers and Performance Managers in a timely manner
• Proactively schedule and perform recurring optimizations including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting, etc
• Prioritize conflicting tasks and actively communicate tasks progress and completion time to manage stakeholder expectations
• Perform corrective actions for performance and budget pacing
• Thoroughly review all outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and best practice
• Assist in the onboarding of a new client when necessary
• Liaise with contractors and freelancers for support in campaign execution
• Proactively monitor and communicate campaign performance to immediate stakeholders
• Assess, investigate, and resolve campaign issues and poor performance
• Produce insightful reports (ad hoc and scheduled) for the allocated channels
• Initiate discussions with stakeholders to address performance insights and recommendations.
Requirements
• Hands-on execution experience and reporting involvement in paid search and/or paid social campaigns
• Tactical mindset and problem solver
• Results-driven with attention to detail
• Team player mentality
• Ability to manage a reasonable set of client campaigns
• Experience working alongside collaborative and passionate colleagues across multiple countries.
