About this position

The Production Engineer Manager is responsible for setting KPI goals, managing staff and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and social norms while collaborating with other sections.

Responsibilities

• Set KPI goals for the section, manage section staff, manage budgets educate and train section staff at different levels, collaborate with other sections, and practice problem solving.
• Always reporting, contracting and consultation.
• Employee safety considerations, compliance with company and adherence to rules of social norms.

Requirements

• Experience in production engineering more than 10 years in Electronics and Automotive Business.
• Have experience operating manufacturing equipment in electronic component manufacturing more than 3 Years.
• Can use AutoCAD and AutoCAM.
• Good personality and strong leadership.
• Good Command of English.
• Have responsibility, Can work under pressure.
