About this position

The Assistant Manager Production Engineering is responsible for maintaining and improving the new model development process to meet targets related to cost, quality, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• To maintain and improve new model development process to achieve target, cost quality and delivery targets.
• To build, monitor and control operating condition new model or new project in accordance with company’s indicators.
• To lead the decision the equipment design and make strong contributes to sourcing decisions based on quality, cost, ergonomics, and lean manufacturing approach to define specifications and release criteria.

Requirements

• Have experience more than 3-5 years of working experience in Electronics company or related fields.
• Must be have experience of SMT/AI process and manpower control more than 3 years.
• Knowledge about ISO 9001, 14001 and IATF16949.
• Can use program CAM 350, Basic Auto CAD or 3D CAD Etc.
• Microsoft Office programs fluently.
• Fair communication by speak, Writing in English.
