Manage the workload of service engineers.
Plan service assignments based on priority, ensuring a systematic workflow.
Address customer issues, resolutions, concerns, and incidents, reporting them to technical support service manager.
Inform customers about required repair services, provide cost estimates, and offer recommendations for preventative maintenance and service contracts.
Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Places orders and ensures the upkeep of sufficient supplies and parts for the inventory of the service department.
Monitoring equipment performance to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
Developing and implementing plans for installation, maintaining machine in good working order.
Diagnosing equipment problems and determining the most effective solution for each situation.

Bachelorâs degree in (Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical) engineering.
At least 10 years experience in flied.
Experience in Medical device is Must.
Excellent Skills in Microsoft Office.

Strong customer service skills, to provide high-quality care and attention to details.
Willing to travel anytime when required.
Excellent communication skills, ability to handle complex problems and solve it.
