Service Technician / ภาคตะวันออก (ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี)
About this position
The Service Technician position involves performing various service tasks, preparing spare parts, and maintaining customer relations while ensuring effective communication in English.
Responsibilities
• To perform service as assigned.
• Preparation of spare parts and equipment.
• Contact, appointments with customer for entering service.
• Carry out inspection checks, repair and maintenance.
• Record service information into the company system.
• Perform the service report and summary the report to supervisor.
• Report problems or customer requirements to supervisors (if any).
• Coordinate repairs with customers.
• Check the condition of truck’s problem.
• Implementing the solutions, test and deliver to its customers.
• Close and Reporting service.
• Responsible for service vehicles and tools that are assigned to availability.
• Monthly meeting with team and summarize to directed manager.
Requirements
• High Vocational Certificate/bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to communicate and interact with others.
• Have certificate of safety office in supervisor level.
