Inside Sales Representative After Sales
About this position
The Inside Sales Representative After Sales is responsible for generating opportunities, managing customer demands, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Responsibilities
• Generate opportunities through data analytics and pipeline management
• Monitor & process the demand of all customers and/or remotely qualify current demand towards leads: Distinguish between Basic Product-Sales incl. Jungheinrich spare part and Service
• Take over defined customers and manage their demands
• Proactively contact customers or prospects and create opportunities with customer
• Consults with Field Service to create and provide the best solution
• Engage with the customer via chat function (second level support if Jungheinrich parts -online is implemented)
• Specifiy the needed solutions based on customer interviews
• Receive claims, solve disputes and hand over relevant information to relevant functions
• Generate quotations related to engineers’ price information and leads
• Submit the quotation to customers
• Follow up existing quotations with customer to get orders
• Update quotation’s status on daily basis to maintain an accurate overview about the backlog turnover potential
• Providing solutions to customers when needed
• Capture and/or hand over the correct order specification after closing the deal: price, deviations to offer, additional agreements, etc. to the execution team.
• Summarize and clearly communicate details to the customer about the offers when needed
• In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the After Sales Manager Service operation and Administration.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical or related field
• Knowledge of trucks or relevant industry along with gained outside sales experience
• At least 2 years professional machinery sales experience (intralogistics, service solution related experience preferred)
• Good communication in Thai and English
• Computer literate with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SAP
• Experienced in the industrial customer service sector
• Open and positive ‘can-do’ mindset
• Customer orientation: Desire to assist customer in all manners
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to details
