About this position

The Assets Management Specialist is responsible for managing rental contracts, ensuring data accuracy in SAP, and maximizing asset utilization while supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Rental contract creation in SAP to ensure data input is accuracy against customer contract’s e.g. Rental rate, Contract start – End, Install and dismantle date etc.
• Plan and manage existing lease to renew or terminate and update in SAP.
• Maximize Assets utilization and assist to monitor Bleeder list of assets.
• Assets movement control and ensure physical and data in SAP is correct.
• Support on scrap process.
• Update rental contract monthly and send report to Finance team.
• Follow up PO from customer for Billing process.
• Internal invoice timely.
• Document preparation for delivery and collection; Delivery order, Collection note.
• PO issued to local suppliers.
• Monthly report.
• Update Assets in system.
• Other assigned by Supervisory.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or related field.
• Good knowledge and experience in SAP is a plus.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge in Rental business or leasing business is advantage.
• Be able to communicate in English.
• Open and positive ‘can-do’ mindset.
• Detail oriented.
• Energetic person.
• Excellent communication.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated, confident in your ability.
