About this position

The Account Executive After Sales is responsible for achieving After Sales targets, coordinating with internal functions, providing service solutions, and promoting After Sales products and services to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the focus and achieve the After Sales targets in defined areas
• Professionally co-ordinate and communicate with internal functions
• Pro-actively provide service solution to meet customer expectation
• Actively approach non-order / non-service customer
• Maintain and further improve existing customer account in order to sustainable growth and achieve business target.
• Actively promote and sell After Sales related products and services and the whole Jungheinrich such as new trucks, used equipment, logistics systems solutions
• Main contracting channel after the truck delivery to customer site
• Regularly visit potential customers and old customers
• Tag in with Account Executives from new business after delivering the truck to establish business relationship in After Sales
• Point of contact for customers until end-of-life cycle / end of contract
• Leading regular meetings with customers and gathering related support from other function
• Analyze data to identify priorities and creating a Service Sales pipeline
• Applying tools to calculate prices and create quotations for identified opportunities
• Fill customer reports, such as visit reports, lead reports, lost order report etc.
• Engage in negotiations with customers in view of getting the business
• Understand and comply with internal policies and regulations
• Internally communicate and co-ordinate between functions and departments
• Actively participate in trainings
• In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Manager Service Sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of trucks or relevant industry along with previous outside sales experience
• At least 3 years professional machinery sales experience (intralogistics, service solution related experience preferred)
• Good communication in Thai and English
• Computer literate with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel

• Excellent communication skills with the ability for negotiation and conflict resolution
• Show effective time management and problem solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness on furthering training
