About this position

An opportunity has arisen for the Sales Manager - Asia to join the Jumeirah Bali family. This role is pivotal in building and strengthening our partnerships with consortia networks, driving revenue, and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement strategic sales initiatives that establish Jumeirah Bali as the preferred luxury property within global consortia networks.
• Continuously identify new business opportunities within consortia markets by leveraging industry insights, market trends, and partner feedback.
• Conduct targeted site inspections and presentations to consortia partners, showcasing Jumeirah Bali’s unique offerings and value proposition.
• Organize and participate in consortia-related events and activities, including international travel, to nurture and expand relationships with key partners.
• Monitor and report on consortia performance against budgeted, actual, and forecasted targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with consortia partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success.
• Communicate market insights and partner expectations from the consortia segment to internal teams, driving informed decision-making and strategy refinement.
• Collaborate on innovative marketing strategies and joint initiatives with consortia partners to drive incremental revenue.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and operational efficiency by working closely with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations Teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong preference for candidates with pre-opening experience.
• Proven track record in managing consortia relationships and driving revenue through strategic collaboration and targeted sales efforts.
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with PMS, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
