About this position

An opportunity has arisen for the Sales Manager - Asia to join the Jumeirah Bali family. This role is crucial in establishing our market presence, driving revenue, and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are met.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement strategic sales initiatives that establish Jumeirah Bali as the leading luxury property in Asia.
• Continuously source new business opportunities by researching local media and market trends to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Conduct in-house site inspections and presentations to potential clients to showcase the unique offerings of Jumeirah Bali.
• Conduct regular entertainment activities, including overseas travel, to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective accounts.
• Stay fully informed about budgeted, actual, and forecasted targets for the SBUs as well as your own segment and individual targets.
• Maintain and grow positive relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
• Identify and communicate ideas and customer expectations from assigned segments and territories.
• Drive sales with trade partners through innovative marketing strategies and collaborative efforts.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and operational efficiency through close collaboration with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations Teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential, along with a deep understanding of regional nuances and cultural dynamics throughout Asia.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong preference for candidates with pre-opening experience.
• Proven track record in a sales role within the luxury hospitality sector, showcasing your ability to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with PMS, ensuring efficient and effective management of reservations and customer interactions.
