About this position

An opportunity has arisen for the Florist Manager to join the Jumeirah Bali family.

Responsibilities

• Design and create innovative floral arrangements for public spaces, events, guest rooms, and special occasions
• Maintain freshness and quality of all floral displays throughout the property
• Supervise the installation and maintenance of floral decorations in line with seasonal themes and events
• Lead and manage a team of florists, ensuring productivity and creativity.
• Conduct training sessions for the team on floral design techniques and trends
• Monitor stock levels of flowers, foliage, tools, and supplies
• Source flowers and materials from reliable suppliers to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness
• Work closely with Event, Sales, and Marketing teams to create customized floral designs for weddings, banquets, and corporate events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to flower handling and storage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the floral workspace.

Requirements

• Experience as a Florist Manager or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel
• Strong creativity and artistic ability in floral arrangements
• Knowledge of flower care and maintenance techniques
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Adaptability to seasonal trends and design innovations.
