About this position

An opportunity has arisen for the Demi Chef de Partie - Akasa to join the Jumeirah Bali family.

Responsibilities

• To work side by side with the team, offering guidance & on the Job training with all F&B Health Hygiene & Food Safety topics
• Use culinary skills to cook and arrange food in an attractive, flavorful manner according to the culinary standards previously set.
• Delivers Service and Food Presentation according to quality and hygiene standards
• Assist as directed in any special events
• Assist in all Culinary Health, Hygiene & Food Safety training and development.
• Performs tasks in accordance with and to the level expected of all state regulations

Requirements

• Experience as a Commis Chef or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
• Knowledge of HACCP as well as general health & safety in the workplace
• Expertise in a specific section of the kitchen, such as pastry, hot kitchen, or cold kitchen.
