About this position

An opportunity has arisen for the Assistant Landscape Manager to join Jumeirah Bali family. This role involves supporting the Landscape Manager in planning, organizing, and maintaining all landscaping activities to ensure the property’s gardens and outdoor areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing daily, weekly, and seasonal landscaping tasks
• Monitor the health and aesthetics of plants, trees, lawns, and other green spaces
• Ensure irrigation systems are functioning correctly and make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Oversee pest control measures, including managing weeds, insects, and plant diseases.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance the beauty and functionality of the property’s landscapes
• Monitor and manage the inventory of plants, tools, equipment, and materials

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in landscaping or grounds management, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping tools
• Familiarity with pest control, fertilization, and sustainable landscaping practice
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
