About this position

JULO is seeking a Principal Data Analyst to join their dynamic data team, focusing on analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Supporting strategic decisions and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Working collaboratively across teams, turning data into insights and solutions.
• Communicating clearly in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, including delivering well-crafted presentations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role at a data-driven company or tech startup.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, or a technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python or R is preferred.
• Highly organized in your work, with a strong attention to detail and an understanding of reproducible data practices.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with financial data, ensuring accuracy in analysis and reporting.
