Collection Strategy Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Reporting to Head Of Operations.
• Collect and analyze information and data related to procedural efficiency within the organization.
• Develop new solutions, practices and strategies to support long-term effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain and analyze current business processes and product capability, come up with plans of improvements, working together with data, product, business team.
• Present findings, projections and recommended strategies.
• Responsible for setting targets in order to achieve business needs.
• Responsible for monitoring collection costs and improvements on the efficiency from time to time.
• Work together closely with collections operations and QA team to understand the pain points in the day to day business process and be able to make improvement.
• Work together closely with the data team in order to automate the necessary dashboards or get a more detailed view of the analysis carried out.
• Work together with the product and engineering team in order to increase the productivity of the collection operations team and also improve existing communication channels from time to time.
• Manage to streamline processes/documentations in collections.
• Manage end to end monitoring tools/dashboard to make sure collections operations, internal and external tools performing at its best day in day out.
• Maintain and improve how internal and external tools work, make sure it is being exploited to its maximum potential.
• Prepare the necessary decks to be presented to C level and other managerial levels.
• Express logical thought process for problem solving.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of working experience in Collection Strategy related fields.
• Preferably has an experience in Banking and/or Fintech industry.
• Experience in using SQL is preferable.
• Have prior experience in risk/collections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to independently drive analysis concluding with rationalized recommendations.
• Understanding of Collection Management System / Collection Platform.
• Understand and be able to create requirements related to metrics needed by the collection team.
• Understand what symptoms occur based on the metrics and create the strategy needed to address the symptoms.
• Understand end-to-end processes in Collection.
• Project management & Process improvement.
• Good skill in data analysis, creating decks for findings and presenting it to superior level.
• Bachelor's degree in any field which requires logically creative thinking.
• Ability to work well with colleagues across different functions.
• Good business acumen.
• Interest in fintech and high level of curiosity.
• Fluency in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa.
