About this position

The Sale Coordinator is responsible for managing quotations, purchase orders, shipments, and inventory control while ensuring effective communication with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the quotation about spare part to customer as request
• Provide Purchase Order to supplier from oversea and domestics
• Control shipment to customer
• Provide Invoice and spare part to customer
• Control of stock inventory
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree
• Able to communicate in good command English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• At least 3 - 5 years experience as sale coordinator
• Good computer skills (MS Office), Able to use Outlook
• Ability to work under pressure conditions
• Great communication
