About this position

Distributor in Thailand of JUKI industrial sewing machines and equipment in the garment industry, providing assembly, installation, and after-sales service, along with customer advice.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance.
• Assembly and installation of sewing machines.
• After sales service.
• Other work as assigned.

• Onsite and remote customer service.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, meet with them to propose services.
• After sales service.
• Assist the customer with technical data via phone calls and meetings, including managing training sessions.
• Other work as assigned.

Requirements

• Vocational Certificate level or Bachelor in the field of Electrical/ Electronic engineering.
• Be diligent, enthusiastic, attentive to work, responsible, meticulous, eager to learn.
• Able to use a computer.
• Able to communicate in English will be given special consideration.
• Welcome new graduate.
• Have a driving license and can travel to other provinces.
