About this position

The Payroll & Office Administration Manager will serve as the single point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, ensure timely & accurate payroll processing, and manage office operations to contribute to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Office Operations & Administration Ensure smooth operation of JTI Thailand office management function to ensure positive and professional working environment at company's premises in partnership with landlord. Develop and maintain all office-related policies and procedures in line with local legislation and JTI standards. Monitor office equipment service agreements by ensuring timely renewal and negotiation of rates in collaboration with Procurement. Propose relevant programs in the Office Admin area needed for further organizational development. Management and administration of Corporate credit card-related matters.
• Payroll Management Process monthly payroll in accordance with the employment agreement and in line with Ministry of Labor requirements. Align and collaborate with P&C Business Partner, Finance, and payroll vendor to ensure the timely and accurate processing of wages. Communicate with banking partners and seek internal approval for all transactions.
• Environment, Health & Safety Establish and maintain EHS programs and activities coordinate the activities connected with health and safety area, reporting of EHS section of AP/SP, EHS quarterly reports and implementation of other global/local EHS projects and activities being under P&C responsibility. Act as a first point of contact and coordinate all activities connected with EHS.
• Fleet Management Partner with Fleet Vendor and Drivers agency for optimum service and competitive rates. Modernize fleet policy and ensure compliance with all guidelines. Facilitating vehicle administration of parking and allowances and petrol cards related to the fleet.
• Compliance & Reporting Maintain employee records confidentially in compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management and office administration.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Certification in Payroll Management or related field is a plus.
