About this position

As an Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our livestream team to ensure smooth and engaging broadcasts. You will assist in various aspects of the operation, from identifying and recruiting talents to preparing promotional materials for events. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of livestreaming and digital entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Assist the Livestream & Voice Chat Room Team in identifying, recruiting, and maintaining communication with talents and live streamers.
• Market Research: Conduct research on competitor apps and industry trends to help the team stay ahead of the curve.
• Event Support: Prepare banner designs and other promotional materials to support online events within the Voice Chat Room and livestreaming platforms.
• Relationship Management: Help maintain strong relationships with HAGO’s partners, including internal agencies.
• Content Coordination: Assist in the scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of live broadcasts to ensure quality and engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Support the team in tracking livestream performance metrics and preparing reports to optimize future broadcasts.

Requirements

• Fluent in English or Chinese is preferred.
• Final year student or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on site 5 days in a week.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passionate about livestreaming, digital media, and online communities.
• Have source in talents/host community are preferred.
• Creative skills with experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) are a plus.
• Excellent team spirit, good at communication, positive commitment, proactive feedback, strong execution ability.
