The Operational Specialist for Chat Room HAGO ID is responsible for building relationships, designing engaging programs, managing schedules, and collaborating with the HQ team to develop benchmarks for hosts and talents.
• Build and maintain good relationship with agencies, monitoring and evaluating the performance of agencies and hosts.
• Design creative and engaging programs or events within the chat room to encourage spender activities, specifically through virtual gifting initiatives.
• Oversee and manage the schedules of recruited talents/hosts to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with HQ team to develop and implement benchmark for host/talent.
• Indonesian Nationality, native Indonesian speaker and fluent in English or Chinese is preferred.
• Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university.
• Candidate with live streaming experience is preferred.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in live streaming, media channels, or marketing, with familiarity in local gaming or multi-channel.
• Excellent team spirit, good at communication, positive commitment, proactive feedback, strong execution ability.
• Ability to a fast-paced environment and able to work independently.
