Sales Officer & Chinese Interpreter
About this position
Responsibilities
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers.
• Preparing documents/quotes for new and changed products.
• Send customer information including internal coordination for the actual pre-production.
• Contact and coordinate when receiving drawings or designs change from customers.
• Prepare sale forecast (AOP).
• Following the actual orders and sales each month to analyze the market trends.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Experience 3 years in Sales, / field in automotive part manufacturing.
• Able to work under pressure and independence.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Good command in English & Chinese HSK 5 or 6.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: Ms-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email).
• An understanding of automotive processes and components would be advantageous.
