QC Engineer (Customer Quality)
About this position
The QC Engineer (Customer Quality) is responsible for managing customer complaints and claims, conducting analysis, and supporting quality audits in the automotive parts manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
• Feedback all customer complain information.
• Feedback all customer claim information.
• Analysis report submit to customer.
• Follow result from analysis with CFT.
• Horizontal deployment activity.
• Lead customer audit.
• Summary weekly report.
• Genba for verify countermeasure.
• Support audit (IATF 16949, JSS Audit, LPA Audit, QCC etc.)
• Organizer QCC Activity.
• Support Quality survey from customer.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic or related field.
• Experience 3-5 years in QC Engineer, Customer complain, Warranty claim, Analysis report / field in automotive part manufacturing.
• Good command in English (Chinese & Japanese ability would be beneficial).
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and independence.
• An understanding of automotive processes and components would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: Ms-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email).
