About this position

The QC Engineer (New Model) is responsible for controlling product quality according to company targets and customer requirements, overseeing employee operations to meet quality standards, and coordinating with customers regarding quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Control the quality of products according to company target and customer required.
• Control and oversee the operations of the employees to conform the quality standard of IATF 16949 and ISO14001.
• To contact and coordinate customers in the case of problem with the quality products according to customer request.
• Conduct analysis problem within customer target and follow up step problem solving with team member.
• Verify the effectiveness of countermeasure with team member, and periodically report to management concerning tracking status.
• Follow up take corrective and improvement while problem occurred and control 4M change as required.
• Prepare the report to summarizing the results of other quality checks for customer according to customer’s request.
• Act as customer’s representative concerning the quality problem.
• Analysis to develop methods to reduce the risks and reduce the cost of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineer or relate fields.
• Experience at least 3-5 years in QC engineer / filed in automotive part manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality tools.
• Basically knowledge with automotive part.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, Internet and Email).
• Able to work under pressure and independence.
• Good command in English.
