About this position

The Controller Section Manager is responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounting operations, and assisting with budgeting and auditing within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial statements to summarize and forecast the company's financial status.
• Assists with management of accounting, auditing and budgeting within the organization.
• Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Coordinates with and prepares reports for regional team and upper management.
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Managing all finance and accounting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5-10 years' experience in accounting / finance.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, managing processes, financial software.
• Strong developing budgets, performance management, auditing accounting and corporate finance.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
