About this position

Manage distribution operational by supervising, monitoring, planning, and analysing of warehouse and transport activities and handle complaints to ensure the department KPIs achievable with high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of Transport Management System (TMS) and documents by maintaining and make sure TMS is productive and efficient to use of delivery order planning, tracking.
• Manage, monitor, and control transportation according to planning and coordinating with the warehouse, CSD, Sale team to achieved On-Time In-Full (OTIF) target by ensure the supply to customers are on time with correct quality, quantity and safely.
• Manage the distribution and transportation operation processes by monitoring the third-party logistics (3 PL) or transporters to ensure smooth operation and make the whole process more fluent to reduce the transportation cost.
• Improve transportation employees by coaching and training program to ensure team members are fully engaged and enabled to achieved KPI.
• Control and review to ensure all warehouse & distribution activities are executed according to relevant warehousing, distribution and internal Jotun working methods and complying to all local/relevant regulations and standards.
• Ensure all staffs and workplace are safe by follow the HSEQ requirements, motivate, drive compliance in order to achieved in Zero accident.
• Participate in periodic operations related reporting, meetings and projects/Represents the voice of distribution and takes lead in driving improvements with both internal and external parties to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and guide distribution team in routine works, procedures and manages discipline. With extended arm of Group Operations introducing and implementing all relevant Jotun Group Policies and Procedures in local units.
• Participate in regular customer visits/meetings to develop and strengthen rapport and provide suitable solutions to customers on operational related support/needs.
• Support warehouse & distribution manager and the Management in all tasks assigned or in his/her absence.
