About this position

Jotun Thailand is seeking a Compensation & HRIS Manager to lead and manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all data for payroll processing as monthly & yearly basis by working and coordinating with employees, supervisors and line manager to get all concerned payroll information on time with accuracy of payment
• Prepare and support annual compensation and benefit survey by working with direct superior in order to use for internal and external comparison.
• Review compensation and benefits scheme by benchmarking with the market in order to ensure competitive package.
• Provide the remuneration package proposal for the successful candidates and promotion of the employees by evaluation the job to ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Review and implement company’s policies with related to compensation and benefits regularly.
• Advise to all employees, supervisors, and line Managers about compensation and benefit concerns in order to ensure all parties having understanding in the same direction
• Manage all employees’ database in HRIS/ HRMS to be updated and accurate by aligned with the company’s policies, rules, regulations, and Thai labor law.

Requirements

• Bachelor’ s degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field required.
• 7 - 9 years plus working experience in compensation & benefit.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a team of professionals.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
• Good in written & spoken English.
