Brand Manager - Decorative Interior
About this position
Lead, plan and responsible for development of category sales, volume and brand health, market share and stewardship of Decorative Interior Brands / Products via effective strategy and excellent implementation of Decorative strategies and plans.
Responsibilities
• Develop, manage and implement Decorative Exterior plans to achieve growth in line with the market potential and direction aligned with segment Deco Strategy.
• Manage the Decorative Interior Brands/Products according to the plan from regional marketing through IB process and requirement from local team in achieving the target.
• Develop and execute new product launch plan for Decorative Interior products to ensure a successful product launch to retail and project segment.
• Implement communication strategy for Decorative Interior Brands/Product through ATL or BTL platform.
• Develop and localize the relevant marketing material required for Decorative Interior Brands/Products.
• Develop the marketing mix (Product, Price and the communication) and activities for Decorative Interior Brands/Products to achieve the target in both project and retail segment.
• Lead, plan and direct responsible for development of sales, volume and brand health, market share and stewardship of Decorative Interior Brands/Products via effective strategy and excellent implementation of agreed strategies and plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Decorative Interior Brands/Products, in order to address the underline reasons and initiate further actions, including coordinating to get comment from local segment on the sales result to the regional marketing in monthly basis.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing or related fields.
• 4- 6 years experienced in Brand Marketing, new product development, brand communications.
• Strong business acumen and analytical.
• Strong Communication skill & able to maintain a good relationship with internal & external contacts.
• Good in written & spoken English and Computer Literacy.
