Retail Concept Executive
About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for Jotun shop concept implementation following Jotun standard and support the development and implementation of marketing plans.
• Responsible for increasing brand awareness by implementing Company’s strategies and policies and localizing regional initiatives to achieve targeted market share.
• Secure local implementation of concepts, product or brand strategies as well as targeted campaigns and launches.
• Prepare and manage the ordering of marketing materials and Build relationships with relevant suppliers, customers, or other stakeholders.
• Responsible for providing market data for analyzing sales performance and product positioning in order for understanding sales performance and product positioning in the market by analyzing market data.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably experience in retail shop visual merchandising, shop decoration and familiar with interior design software.
• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in English both oral and written.
• Committed to travel to carry out shop concepts in different cities in Indonesia.
