About this position

The Quality Engineer / FATP PQE position involves ensuring product quality through various reporting and analysis tasks, as well as handling customer complaints and exceptions in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Yield report, Control Plan/MSOP
• IPQC & OQC & Manufacturing ARR Report
• JEM & Client Consistency Analysis Report
• Packaging validation report
• QE NPI Daily Process Audit Report
• Mass production line exception handling
• Handling of customer complaints
• Other reports

Requirements

• Be able to write reports in English.
• A-product quality engineer (QA) experience is preferred, experience 2-4 years.
• Be familiar with and understand the requirements of connector SMT, metal stamping, injection molding process, plastic raw materials, packaging materials, etc.
• Understand the 8D, GRR, ARR, Correlation and Agreement analysis tool.
• Understand ISO9001 quality management system
• Education background: Politec or University bachelor's degree or above
