Service Sales Engineer, IR
About this position
Responsibilities
• Proactive selling of service agreement, labor & materials, parts and new initiatives through schedule and/or drop in visits
• Address customer objective, needs and requirements, recommend solution and link customer requests, contact to internal factories
• Compare received order with quotation and comments on Terms & Conditions to reflect an ethical business
• Work across departments, countries and be proactive team member of JCI
• Keep manager informed for the changed in marketplace, applies knowledge of competitors' service and business to favorable differentiate our service from them
• Represent the company to customers with professional appearance, maintain consistent communication with customers as well as establish the long-term relationship with them
• Conduct training, courses and on-line tasks as advised in timely manners
Requirements
• Engineering Degree onwards and/or relevant industry experience
• 2 years and above experience in HVAC&R industry service or sales function
• Good communication, analytical, organizing and relationship management skills
• Must be a proactive team player
• Industrial & Process Refrigeration products and systems knowledge
• Local/regional HVAC&R market and customer base
• Pricing & quotation
• Budgeting & forecasting
