Responsibilities
• Tuning the site to perfection
• Provide full maintenance site services by carrying out building procedures and performance measures
• Keep a close look at energy use, costs and building systems
• Respond effectively when issues arise
• Always have an action plan to protect the site and the health and safety of all staff members
• Create great connections with vendors to fulfil the site’s needs
• Play the part of both the motivator and connector for your team
• Cultivate a culture of teamwork, excellence and sense of support
• Ensure that your team is well-trained on the ins and outs of the facilities
• Collaborate with the senior account team to develop your people’s skills and improve your team’s overall growth and success potential
Requirements
• Three to five years tech engineering expertise
• Skilled and competent in the field
• Top-notch engineering technical understanding
• Familiarity with EHS regulations
• Experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor management
• Out-of-the-box thinking skills
• Ability to connect with, engage and inspire people
• Develop positive rapport with different kinds of people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
