The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in identifying and recruiting top talent for various roles, utilizing traditional and innovative sourcing strategies. This position involves collaborating with the wider Talent Acquisition team, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and working on new business projects.
Responsibilities
• Lead searches for passive talent through various sourcing methods
• Develop candidate market intelligence reports and talent mapping
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and business line leaders
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Handle administration and documentation related to the hire process
• Monitor and manage HR systems
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search
• Familiarity with the Talent Acquisition process and working on mandates at different levels
• Experience in a task-driven role with strong time management skills
• Strategic mindset, problem-solving ability, and creativity
• Professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
