About this position

You’ll drive success in terms of functionality and stability by finding new ways to improve the system and making sure that everyone knows where they stand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that team members can efficiently respond to all engineering challenges, at the same time comply with the policies and procedures.
• Bring out the team player in you to keep all key performances in check.
• Ensure that all risk mitigation plans are in place.
• Monitor and evaluate all critical environment equipment across the account’s site to make sure everything is running smoothly as possible.
• Track review reports to implement improvement plans across the Thailand sites.
• Work closely with facilities managers'/site leads to keep the reliability of equipment.
• Review the planned preventive maintenance programs, ensuring service standards are aligned and maintained with regional operations procedures.
• Responsible for quality assurance by keeping the M&E systems in check.
• Utilize established EFit tools effectively.
• Manage risks related to major M&E equipment.
• Ensure information uploaded into our systems is accurate and complies with the audit process.
• Implement and review disaster recovery and business continuity planning periodically.
• Oversee escalation procedures.
• Involved in project review, execution, and information documentation.
• Keep track of the M&E portions of all project proposals.
• Participate in the technical aspects of the M&E portion of any project’s bidding process.
• Keep project information together for future use.
• Oversee all engineering-related trainings of staff members.
• Ensure compliance to necessary licenses and certifications.
• Ensure quality of management reports through the team’s deliverables.
• Provide oversight to scheduled Annual maintenance activity.

Requirements

• Must have a university degree in engineering/facility management.
• Eight years’ experience in the field.
• Strong grasp of client satisfaction and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide solutions that continuously improve systems and save costs.
• Determine if other services can be provided to improve conditions further.
• Strong, flexible leader.
