About this position

The Senior Accountant at The President Park View Towers will be responsible for leading the budgeting process, reviewing financial reports, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process for pre-opening PR
• Review monthly Invoice Report and Tenancy Schedule
• Assist BM to compile costs of the Operation Management to charge out other associated companies and departments
• Review monthly tax reports and filing
• Prepare Tax Reconciliation Reports (GL vs Tax Forms)
• Prepare monthly Financial Report and notes of Financial Report
• Maintain the database of different contract of payments
• Liaison with Owner's finance and accounting team and auditor

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• 3-5 year experiences in Accounting
• Good command in English is prefer
• Good computer skill
