About this position

The Receptionist at One Bangkok is responsible for maintaining a professional corporate image, greeting visitors, managing calls, ensuring cleanliness in function rooms, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities

• A receptionist to adhere to JLL’s predefined dress code.
• Ensure that reception area is kept tidy at all times.
• Place Corporate literature neatly in waiting area.
• Receptionist to project a friendly and welcoming image to CUP’s visitor.
• Assist visitors to determine the purpose of their visit.
• Maintain visitor system to register visitor name and visitor badge.
• Notify host/alternative contact of visitor arrival.
• Invite visitor to take a seat at the waiting area.
• Serve drinks to VVIP and VIP.
• Handle all incoming calls to CUP Building.
• Calls are answered with appropriate greeting.
• Calls are answered within 10 seconds on average.
• Forward all request calls to service work order system.
• Ensure tidiness & cleanliness in all meeting room, training room, nap room and VIP lounge.
• Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by Estate or Line Manager.
• Contribute information for inclusion in the Monthly Report submitted to the client.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years in similar role is required.
• Minimum twelve (12) months experience in a corporate environment.
• Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• Strong verbal English language skills.
